Job Description:

SBC Recycle is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Lead to support day-to-day operations at our electronics recycling facility. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional or retired/semi-retired individual looking to stay active, share their experience, and supplement retirement income.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside the team to keep the warehouse safe, organized, and running efficiently. You’ll manage people, improve practical workflows, support hiring and training, track basic performance, and collaborate closely with ownership, balancing light computer work with hands-on work on the warehouse floor.

Position Highlights:
