SBC Recycle, a leader in electronics recycling, is seeking both a motivated and a dynamic Salesperson to join our Beaverton/Tigard team. Position Highlights:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $19.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and role.
• Full-Time Stability: Secure a 40-hour workweek with immediate start availability.
• Work-Life Balance: Availability for Saturday shifts is required, with two days off to ensure you have time to recharge.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Actively engaging with potential clients to drive sales and meet individual targets.
• Following up with leads and prospects to build trust and convert them into loyal customers.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market presence.
• Building, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to identify trends and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create sales campaigns that align with our mission and resonate with clients.
