Fast Track Data Destruction (48 Hours Turn Around Time)

Fast-Track is a data destruction service that offers a 48-hour turnaround time from the time of pickup until the data is destroyed.  This service is especially helpful for companies that need to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which requires the protection and confidential handling of sensitive information. All data will be destroyed within 48 hours.

The Fast-Track Process:

  • Online Scheduling 24/7 – Schedule online and choose the Fast-Track option (Receive Notification When Done)
  • Separate your sensitive data-bearing devices from your other electronics.
  • At arrival, the driver will secure your data-bearing devices in a secure tamperproof bin for transportation.
  • The security bin will be safely transported to our facility.
  • At the facility, the security bin will be checked in and fast-tracked to our level 3 secure area (Receive Notification When Done)
  • Your items will be categorized, and all serial numbers will be recorded. 
  • We will utilize our commercial shredder to shred your hard drives, which has the capacity to shred between 4000 to 8000 hard drives per hour.
  • We will notify you that the process is complete (Receive Notification When Done)
  • You will receive a COD (certificate of destruction) to confirm that your data has been destroyed (Receive Notification When Done)
  • You will receive a COR (certificate of recycling) to confirm that your ewaste has been properly recycled (Receive Notification When Done)

We offer a comprehensive tracking system that allows you to monitor your ewaste and data-bearing devices from when they are picked up at your facility until the data destruction process is completed. Along the way, you will receive email notifications to inform you of the progress at each step of the process. After the data destruction is complete, we will email you a certificate of data destruction that meets or exceeds the most rigorous standards set by the major leaders in secure data disposal.
